DIE CASTING OF ZINC ALLOYS
Die casting is the quickest process to obtain a finished part from raw materials. ZAMA zinc alloys (particularly ZL0400 – ZL0410 – ZL0430 according to EN1774) allows to create and manufacture very precise parts even with thin and complex structures at competitive prices and with a repeatable and constant quality over time.

The manufacturing process is based on pneumatic automated presses which can quickly, excellently and continuously produce both small series and large orders. These features have positive effects on cost analysis, granting to the custumer economic efficiency and price reduction

Die casts parts in zinc alloys can be applied in various industrial fields:

Motor vehicles:
Closing systems, windscreen wipers, rear-view mirrors, seat adjustments, carburettors, reducers and gearboxes, parabolic reflectors for beamlights, covers and protections
Household appliances:
Coffe machines, covers and caps, kitchen counters
Hardware for interior design and furniture factories:
Fixing and clamping components, angle bars, straps, door handles, hinges, reducers for rolling shutters, drives for gates and garages, gears
Hydraulics and pneumatics:
Valve bodies, fittings, pump casing, cylinders
Electrotechnics:
Lamp casing, small engines, drives with worm screws
